The staff was very friendly and very helpful during the process of ordering and customising the sofa. If you customised your sofa, the delivery time will be longer. However, I received my sofa earlier than promised. About the quality of the sofa itself, I can't comment much because I only received it yesterday. But in the 1st look it looks very nice and I am very satisfied.
