Types and what they suit.

Ergonomic fit guide. Seat height should adjust between 430–490mm to match a standard 720–750mm desk. Seat depth should let your back touch the backrest while leaving 50–80mm of clearance behind the knees. Lumbar support matters most for daily use — either built-in adjustable lumbar or a chair with a pronounced lower-back curve. Armrests should sit at roughly the same height as the desk top so shoulders stay relaxed over a full workday.
