Tv Cabinet

Your TV cabinet is the functional backbone of your living room, it needs to look considered while hiding cables, media devices, and the general clutter of daily life. FRWD's TV cabinet collection spans wall-mounted floating consoles, floor-standing units with storage, and full-wall entertainment units designed to anchor a modern living room.

Available in wood-tone, white, and black finishes to complement both light and dark interior schemes. Most designs include enclosed storage for media devices and open shelving for decor. Delivery and installation follow our standard policy (see below); wall-mount bracket fitting is not included — arrange a specialist installer for wall-mounted models.

FRWD TV cabinets range from compact 120 cm units to 240 cm statement consoles (the Bentley) designed for open-plan living rooms. Materials include oak-veneer panels, matte-lacquer MDF and sintered-stone tops. Every unit ships with integrated cable-management channels and ventilated back panels, keeping power bricks and HDMI cables hidden while allowing airflow to set-top boxes and routers.

Both wall-mounted and floor-standing options are available. Wall-mounted TV cabinets free up floor space in smaller KL and PJ apartments, while floor-standing models offer additional drawer and shelf storage. Prices run from RM1,360 (Emma, 130 cm) to RM3,400 (Bentley, 240 cm). Delivery and installation follow our standard policy (see below); wall-mount bracket fitting is not included — arrange a specialist installer for wall-mounted models.

FRWD TV cabinets and entertainment units range from compact 120cm models suited to bedroom corners, to full-width 200cm media centres that anchor open-plan living rooms. Choose from wall-mounted floating designs that create visual space beneath, or standing cabinets with enclosed storage and integrated cable management channels.

For TVs 55" and above, FRWD recommends cabinets at least 150cm wide to provide balanced visual proportions. All TV cabinets feature soft-close doors and drawers, with internal shelving designed for media players, soundbars, and router storage. Materials include solid wood frames with matte lacquer finishes and natural wood veneer. Delivery and installation follow our standard policy (see below); wall-mount bracket fitting is not included — arrange a specialist installer for wall-mounted models.

Frequently Asked Questions

1.

What TV cabinet width should I choose for my room?

As a general rule, your TV cabinet should be at least as wide as your TV, and at least 10–15 cm wider than the TV. For a 55-inch TV (~122 cm wide), that means a cabinet of 135 cm or more — 150 cm+ looks best. Full chart in our TV cabinet dimensions guide.

2.

Are floating TV cabinets suitable for Malaysian condo walls?

Most Malaysian condos have concrete or brick walls suitable for wall-mounting. FRWD's delivery team can advise on installation requirements. If your walls are plasterboard or drywall, additional anchoring may be needed, let us know in advance and we'll plan accordingly
3.

What widths of TV cabinet does FRWD carry?

FRWD stocks TV cabinets from 120 cm to 240 cm. A 140 cm unit suits TVs up to 55 inches, while a 180-200 cm console is better matched to 65-inch screens and above.
4.

Do FRWD TV cabinets include cable management?

While most of our units include built-in cable-management channels, features can vary by design. Please check the product page of the specific unit for detailed specifications.
5.

Should I choose a wall-mounted or floor-standing TV cabinet?

Wall-mounted cabinets free up floor area and work well in compact apartments. Floor-standing units offer more drawer and shelf storage. FRWD delivers and installs floor-standing units per our delivery policy. Wall-mounted models: we deliver, but bracket fitting requires your own installer.
6.

How do I match a TV cabinet with my sofa and living room furniture?

Match the cabinet width to the sofa width as a starting point: a 180-200 cm cabinet pairs well with a 3-seater or L-shape sofa. FRWD designs share consistent material palettes across collections, so oak-tone cabinets pair naturally with oak-tone coffee tables and shelving.
