i have been seeing their page for more than half a year. went to their selayang showroom and their sales staff is friendly and helpful. and finally needed to make the decision i went to the bangsar showroom and was greeted by kai. he was very helpful, very kind and patient while i am considering a few options going back and forth up and down the showroom. placed the order and the next day i decided to change the colour of my sofa. again kai was very patient in handling my fickle minded-ness and i finally made the decision.not too long after the confirmed colour was made kai texted to inform me that the item was ready earlier than expected and also follow up with me to see if his logistics team has made arrangement on delivery. overall happy with the colour, quality and customer service.thanks kai and cuura space!
