Caring for Your Roland
Dust & Wipe Weekly
Dust the white leather weekly and wipe with a soft, dry or barely-damp cloth. Blot any spills immediately — never rub — to stop liquid soaking into the grain.
Condition the Leather Every 3–6 Months
Apply a quality leather conditioner every 3–6 months to keep the genuine leather supple and prevent cracking, and keep the chair out of direct sunlight and away from aircon or heat vents to avoid fading and drying.
Check the Mechanism & Castors
Every 2–3 months, tighten the base and seat bolts and clear hair and dust from the castors and gas-lift cylinder. This keeps the chair rolling smoothly, sitting level and reclining without squeaks.
